Daniel Edlen paints Vinyl Art, portraits of musicians and entertainers on vinyl records made by the subject. Instead of Elvis on velvet, think Elvis on an Elvis record.
For a mere $250 you can have a custom unique work of fine art. That's almost as good as saying you got to see the Beatles live.
Visit Vinyl Art and give your favorite music lover a remarkable gift.

As my wife and I experment with life as nomads, I have more opportunities to play my music for folks, up close and personal, the way I like it.
I'll describe how it works and what you can expect. There's video of a handful of performances, and a contact form where you can ask pretty much whatever strikes your fancy.
Here's the short version: you provide a room full of friends and neighbors who like the kind of music I play (I'm going for Bob Dylan and Tom Petty meet Dwight Yoakam and Mike Nesmith for drinks at Roger Miller's house.) Those friends drop a little something in the hat, before, during, or after the show. Some of them bring a bottle of wine or soda or whatever it is they like to drink and share.
I provide an hour of music and general entertainment and an experience you will not get at the local coffee shop or any other concert venue. I've been told that my lyrics are a thin slice of truth from the sandwich of life.
Contributing $5 or $10 for an hour of live music is a fantastic bargain, and at the same time, you're directly support artists at a grass roots level. Not one penny of your hard-earned cash goes into a corporate bank account; every nickel goes to support the artist (in this case, a traveling itinerant troubadour.)
Can I come play at your place?
